Four new restaurants for Chester and re-development of Grosvenor Shopping Centre

THE promise of ‘a taste of things to come’, four new restaurants in Chester will be housed in the former retail premises Habitat and Multi-York in Pepper Street.

Restaurants will include Latin American Cuisine from Las Iguanas in the old Chateau furniture store, Coast to Coast which is an American Restaurant with a two-storey Chimichanga Mexican restaurant, and lastly on two-stories, The Restaurant Bar and Grill.

Construction and property development company Pochin’s Ltd, the company responsible for the building, is also carrying out a conversion at Grosvenor Shopping Centre on Paddock Row.

This entails stripping out and re-modelling fourteen retail units into two larger retail units and the intended relocation of companies like TK Maxx and Sports Direct.

The likely outcome is an increase in footfall and boost to Chester’s retail industry.
